The main club competitions in the State are the New South Wales Premier League (covering NSW Metropolitan & NSW Country) and the NBN State Football League (covering Northern NSW). The New South Wales Premier League is administered Football NSW and is part of the National Premier League (covering second tier football in Australia). The NBN State Football League is overseen by Northern NSW Football and is expected to join in 2014.
